At the moment, only 2004-2007 Priuses , and to a limited extent, the Ford Escape/Mercury Mariner Hybrids. Objections have come from those who say that this name puts advocates on the defensive to auto industry views that plugging in is bad (Ads for hybrids emphasize that "you dont have to plug it in.").
