That way you have a fair basis of comparison, you know, apples to apples and all that jazz. South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that. JUST TRYING TO MILK and Suck as much from the fall of the Auto industry as possible. Instead we prop up companies that ran themselves into the ground.
