Australia-based Core Lithium has entered into a legally binding Term Sheet with Tesla for the supply of up to 110,000 tonnes of Li 2 O spodumene concentrate from the Finniss Lithium Project over a term of 4 years, with pricing referenced to the market price for spodumene concentrate, subject to a price floor and ceiling.

(ASX:CXO) recently provided a development update on its Finniss Project located near Darwin in the the Northern Territory of Australia. While awaiting approval for the underground mine, Grants open pit will be the main source of ore for the DMS Plant. Tesla inked an agreement with the Australian Lithium producer earlier this year.
