A quick Kia EV9 recap leading up to the test drive This latest drive event (personally my first with Kia) was three years in the making, as the EV9 SUV’s origin dates back to its debut as a concept at the LA Auto Show in 2021. They’ve definitely got Tesla beat though! decibel interior at 55 mph (comparable to a Range Rover interior).

Audi AI is the umbrella term for its new generation of high-end assistance technologies extending all the way up to highly automated driving. The core of the systems which Audi is developing for piloted driving is the central driver assistance system control unit (zFAS), which is also making its debut in the new Audi A8.

Audi is supporting the German team (the “ Part-Time Scientists ”) in the Google Lunar XPRIZE (GLXP) competition with its know-how in several fields of technology from quattro all-wheel drive and lightweight construction to electric mobility and piloted driving. A third camera is used to study lunar materials and takes high-definition images.

A car like the Circuit does not like to be stuck on roads with 25 mph speed limits, but those roads made up most of the prescribed route.
