The rack and pinion electric power steering was too light for our liking, even though it was progressive, tightening (or becomes heavier) on the open road, While lighter in town. The front end has rounded edges with LED lighting on all trim levels (the SEL gets dynamic cornering headlights). Very European. respectively.

LED tail lights and a very small “PLUG-IN HYBRID” badge on the lower right corner make up the details of the rear, hands-free foot activated lift gate. Exterior features include rain-sensing windshield wipers, LED fog lights, active grille shutters, heated exterior mirrors and roof rails.

The triple beam LED head lights wrap gently into the fenders, leading to a lightly sculpted hood and a near-flat roofline with a tilt-and-slide moonroof. The power trunk lid, which operated hands-free with a kick sensor, has a small spoiler set-off by the “L” shaped LED tail lights. Elegant and classy. This brings up a good point.

The front end has rounded edges with LED lighting on all trim levels. The flat roof leads to LED tail lights, and twin faux exhaust ports on the lower fascia. The LED lighting and chromed exhaust ports give the whole package an upscale look that makes the price tag look like a bargain. Very European. Interior Design.
