Since it was not a Level 2 charger, I knew it would not gain much juice overnight. I don’t understand why all chargers won’t accept credit cards just as they do at gas stations. He was a Swede and had driven all the way from Sweden without any charging issues. I duly plugged it into an exterior household outlet.
