The partners co-engineered the system for the 2019 Acura RDX.

Sales volumes in December were up year-over-year by more than 5% but down from November, due in part to improved supply. Honda and Kia showed the most price strength in the non-luxury market, transacting between 5% and 6% over sticker price in December. Elevated prices and high loan rates are putting downward pressure on sales.

These will still be sold in Hyundai showrooms, but as part of a designated EV family. This summer, it will be joined by the Bolt EUV variant.
