The EEA briefing NEC Directive reporting status 2017 , gives a progress update on how Member States are meeting their emission ceilings under the NEC Directive. Austria, Luxembourg, Ireland and Germany exceeded their NO x ceilings the most, in percentage terms, by 28%, 19%, 13% and 13%, respectively.
