California ARB to Hold Public Workshop on LEV III Technologies; Criteria Pollutants and Greenhouse Gas Emissions

CARB draft of updated AB 32 Scoping Plan for climate change actions post-2020; pushing for greater transportation reductions

An overview of the current science of climate change in the draft includes an expanded discussion of short-lived climate pollutants such as methane and black carbon. per year from 2017–2025.
