California ARB releases proposed strategy to reduce impact of short-lived climate pollutants

The California Air Resources Board released a new draft of California’s Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Strategy to significantly reduce the near-term climate impacts of these potent pollutants. CARB draft of updated AB 32 Scoping Plan for climate change actions post-2020; pushing for greater transportation reductions
