US EPA and NHTSA are planning to issue a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the Phase 2 standards in the spring of 2015 and a final rule in the spring of 2016. Upon federal adoption of the Phase 2 standards, ARB staff plans to present a proposed California Phase 2 program to the Board, most likely in late 2016 or 2017. Aerodynamics.
