The NLCFS researchers submitted seven research reports supporting the TAR to the peer-reviewed journal Energy Policy to be published in a special issue, “Low Carbon Fuel Policy” later this summer. Set a target of reducing the carbon intensity of gasoline and diesel by 10 to 15 percent by 2030.
