Hyundai to offer Tucson Fuel Cell vehicle to LA-area retail customers in spring 2014; Honda, Toyota show latest FCV concepts targeting 2015 launch

The two I'm looking at for my needs are the Subaru Crosstrek, which gets 14 miles on the electric, and the Toyota RAV4, which gets 42 miles on the electric. It might be 50 percent if you compare it to the absolute base stripped-down RAV4 that no dealer actually has. But what about plug-in hybrids? Fourteen seems very low.
