Spirit of DC Visits Citicar Gathering!

I met Jerry Asher last summer on his trip across America in Madison, Wisconsin. Besides presentations by the original folks involved with the Citicars, there was also a plastics repair demonstration (Citicars have Plastic bodies, like a Saturn) and "unofficial" events of driving laps and drag-racing.
