The Honda 3R-C, a new one-person battery electric vehicle concept, will make its world debut in Geneva alongside the EV-N concept, previously shown at the Tokyo Motor Show ( earlier post ), which will be displayed for the first time in Europe. Two of Honda’s U3-X, electric personal mobility devices are attached to the inside of each door.

(Credit: GM) General Motors and Segway plan to take a two-wheel concept vehicle for a spin around New York City on Tuesday. The prototype vehicle, called Project PUMA (Personal Urban Mobility and Accessibility), is designed to ease congestion and pollution problems in cities. GM is touting other features as well.
