The largest supplier of electric light commercial vehicles (LCVs) to a major UK Government programme, Smith is supplying 47 of its Smith Edison vans into Phase One of the LCVPP. Smith is one of three companies that are supplying a total of 70 electric LCVs in Phase One.

I could drive a Class 8 truck over a light-duty charger, and it will activate one pad of that truck and still charge. I’m looking to extend our taxi projects to cities across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. We also have a grocery delivery van with Waitrose in London. It’s an exciting time. It’s an exciting time.
