Rent a petrol or diesel car for your holidays. In many places, electric cars are cheaper to rent than equivalent petrol cars. And as Europcar says on its website: Save on Petrol! Nowhere does Europcar mention a Seres 3 electric SUV. I note my booking said: Hyundai Kona Electric or similar compact SUV.

Striking thing, this electric SUV-cum-wagon. Day 4: Juicing Up Despite all my driving fun, I’m still returning just under Kia’s official consumption figure.
