It appears that this engine was not legal for sale in high-altitude areas. Crushes the Hyundai Excel. per gallon.

Minus three when people realize that there already are cars like that: The Swatch Car, Hyundai Getz, i10, etc. Look at it this way. Then Ill be impressed.
