Hyundai delivers first 2019 NEXO fuel cell SUV to US customer

Hyundai delivered its first NEXO fuel cell SUV ( earlier post ) to Tom Hochrad of Ventura, California—the first US customer to drive off in the new NEXO, the only mass-produced fuel cell SUV for the US market, featuring a range up to 380 miles. The NEXO Limited Trim has an estimated range of 354 miles.

Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell exceeds 94 mph in desert test

Hyundai’s Tucson Fuel Cell ( earlier post ) established the land speed record for a production hydrogen-powered SUV at the Soggy Dry Lake Bed of the California desert, with a top speed of 94.6 Hyundai has nearly 100 Tucson Fuel Cell SUVs on the roads in Southern California; the first was delivered to its owner in June 2014.
