In an announcement on its official @TeslaCharging Twitter account, the electric vehicle maker revealed that non-Tesla vehicles could now charge at selected Superchargers in Austria, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, and the UK. Non-Tesla vehicles can now charge at select Superchargers in Austria, Belgium, Spain, Sweden and the UK via the Tesla app.

Polestar and BYD were two of the new EV brands that arrived during the year and brands as diverse as Volkswagen and GWM confirmed their intention to start selling electric vehicles here in 2023.
