by ChefTom56 April 7, 2009 7:16 AM PDT This is a great concept, except in the winter in most cities and the summer in Phoenix, so this will only be a part-time ride in the most optimistic sense possible. If a go-cart cant legally drive there, then this thing wont be able to either. It would, however make the vehicle a huge success.
