Lutz is a man given to hyperbole — called global warming "a crock of shit" — but in this case, hes right. GM will leapfrog Toyota and Honda by providing an electric car to the masses by the end of next year. Honda has probably sold more Civics in a year than the combined total of all 18 of those GM models. Thats right.
