Emissions are increasing in other developing countries: 6% for Indonesia and Malaysia; 9% for Pakistan and 12% for the Philippines. In the EU, 60% of the CH 4 and N 2 O emissions are emitted by the top six emitting countries: Germany, UK, France, Poland, Italy and Spain. Also in Eurasia emissions grew in Turkey (5%) and Ukraine (8%).
