It operates a fleet of about 36 tankers in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia for bunkering fuels, bulk lubricants supply and the carriage of Jet A-1 to Changi Airport. Other vessels operate regionally transporting petroleum, chemical products and asphalt.

The FTD used in this trial is Shell GTL Fuel produced at a plant of Shell MDS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Bintulu, Malaysia.

Fats and greases and inedible oils are opportunity feedstocks, but the US supply of fats and greases is probably on the order of less than 10 million barrels, closer to 1-2 million barrels on an annual basis.
