But it is a price that must be paid, and GM should be commended for remaining committed to the Volt. Not really sure where all the money is going, but it seems like the Volt is already over-priced and under performing. Both Toyota and Honda offer efficient cars for a much lower price. Forget the black helicopter conspiracies.
