It worked fine for six years, first in charging the electric Rav4 and then starting in 2017 our two new electric Chevy Bolts. He tested our breakers and NEMA outlet and all were working and providing juice. So I went on-line to track down Leviton’s EV customer service contact info. But the number was no longer in service.

I have been on exactly one ICE (dinasour juice* consuming Internal Combustion Engine vehicles) roadtrip prior to this. Since my car was new and I had no practical data on how much my car could go on a single charge, I looked at some YouTube videos and assumed that the minimum range I could expect would be around 300kms at full charge.

The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles.
