Clean Fleet Report drove the 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz Limited that comes standard with HTRAC, Hyundai-speak for all-wheel drive (AWD). The LED taillights have an attractive design. Coefficient of Drag (C d ) certainly does have an attention getting design. Versatility comes standard. A little crossover, a little truck.

Following their “Kodo–Soul of Motion” design language, Mazda says the CX-9 with its “fluid exterior lines gives an appearance of movement even while standing still.” Design cues include a long hood, laid-back windshield, short overhangs front and rear and a raked window with an integrated spoiler on the hands-free power lift gate.

There is rear under-seat storage, and a clever design on the front doors to accommodate a large drink bottle or cup.

When Clean Fleet Report first reviewed the 2022 Ford Maverick compact pickup, it was after driving it for about five hours. Ford not only brought back its compact pickup, which some thought was a gamble, but the Maverick comes standard with a hybrid engine. The design is all Ford truck, without being menacing.
