8-state alliance releases action plan to put 3.3M ZEVs on their roads by 2025

Navigant Research forecasts new EV global sales of > 346,000 units in 2014; 10 predictions for the year

Navigant’s analysis indicates that only buyers in California and Oregon will purchase sufficient numbers of vehicles in order to meet the ZEV requirement in 2018 and 2019.
