General Motors (GM) recently confirmed that the Cadillac OPTIQ electric vehicle (EV) will be built in Mexico. It will be built at General Motors’ Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico. Cadillac estimates that the dual-motor OPTIQ all-wheel drive (AWD) variant will have 300 miles of range. However, dealers will set the final price.
