According to the Department for Business, the average cost for standard electricity in the UK in 2020 was 17.2p/kWh. That rate would give the LEAF a cost of 17.2 * 24 to drive 100 miles. Power companies also use KWh as the base charge unit for billing consumers. If you look at you bill you will see a rate of say 18p per kWh.
