The fuel cost for driving an electric vehicle on electric fuel would be equivalent to the fuel cost for an ICE vehicle if gasoline cost $1 per gallon. [ PHEVLERs produce no tailpipe emissions in local driving. PHEVLERs are better than BEVs in support of the electric grid.
