The 1957 sales slump was credited to refreshed styling at GM (Cadillac and Buick in particular) that looked dated next to Exner’s 1957 Forward Look on Chrysler and Imperial models.

When an American car shopper walked into a Fiat showroom in 1980, the available models on the floor were the X1/9 , the Brava (aka 131) sedan , the 124 Sport Spider convertible and the Strada (aka Ritmo) hatchback (the final year for the 128 here was 1979 ). This car still had a set of 13-inch Cromodora magnesium wheels when I found it.

Additional charging is through regenerative braking that converts kinetic energy into electricity when braking or coasting.

Chevrolet Bolt EUV – SUV version of Bolt hatchback on sale in America but unlikely in Australia. Was originally due late in 2021 but that’s been pushed back until late 2022. Promised by 2025.
