This converted Toyota Prius is another type of Plug-in --a PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle). The EVADC chapter became the lead sponsor of an EVducational Tour, called the "Spirit of DC" PHEV All Around America. The PHEV All Around America EVducational Tour highlighted Plug-ins, both pure electrics and PHEVs.
