Hyundai Home has officially launched in 16 states. Hyundai Home gives homeowners in select states an easy way to produce, store, and use their own energy to power their lives at home and on the road. Last year, we introduced Hyundai Home as a proof of concept at the Los Angeles Auto Show and the response was outstanding.

Hyundai introduced its refreshed IONIQ car lineup in a North American debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. IONIQ Hybrid, Plug-in Hybrid and Electric cars all receive refreshed exterior and interior designs, added infotainment technology and new Hyundai SmartSense active safety features and driving assistance systems.

Case-in-point is the all-new GV60 EV, which followed its cousins, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 (2020), and the Kia EV6 ( 2021). After driving 246 miles through Southern California counties of Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego, we had 30 miles of range remaining on the dash gauge. So Genesis, you did a great job. EPA at 235 miles.

At AutoMobility LA, Hyundai announced two new ways for drivers to get into the new IONIQ Electric: the “Ioniq Unlimited” electric vehicle subscription , and a partnership with car-sharing service Waivecar. Once at the dealer, there’s no haggling; just sign a few forms and drive away in an advanced emissions-free electric vehicle.

The Mirai has had only a little competition Along with the Mirai, the Hyundai Nexo FCEV (and its predecessor, the Hyundai Tucson FCEV ) has been on sale in California since around 2016 and makes-up a part of the total 18,025 FCEVs sold in California. Connectivity is through multiple USB-C ports.
