The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit rejected a petition (Case Nº 10-1107) by the National Chicken Council, National Meat Association, and National Turkey Federation challenging the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) rulemaking on the RFS2. it counts as renewable fuel whether it reduces emissions or not.
