Volvo to Introduce Proprietary Medium-Duty Engine in 2010

Volvo unveils medium heavy engine

Placing the focus for his company on internal efficiency, Volvo CEO Leif Johansson announced that the Group has developed its own medium heavy engine that will be used in trucks and buses from 2010.
