Denmark did that with Wind Power and now most of their energy comes from wind rather than oil, natural gas, or coal. We should have built out a fiber optic to the home country wide network to usher in a new age of broadband in this country. We should have built more Nuclear power plants and created a nuclear waste recycling program.
