Electric Auto Association (EAA) chapters across the country participated in Drive Electric Earth Day (DEED ) throughout the month of April, and participation exceeded expectations seemingly everywhere. The Tucson Electric Vehicle Association in Arizona showcased conversions and self-built vehicles.

Members of the Denver Electric Vehicle Council tour the Xcel Energy Cherokee power plant. David McNeil first joined the Denver Electric Vehicle Council (DEVC) , a chapter of the Electric Auto Association, soon after its founding in 1974, but he’s never owned a Tesla, a Chevrolet Bolt, or any other likely suspects.
