The UK Plug-in Car grant aims to stimulate the sales of electric cars by slicing a chunk of the price. Previously the only route to the longer range e-Niro SUV was to purchase the model in mid-range “3” trim level. Recently the value of the grant was reduced and the number of models eligible dramatically cut.
