And personally I like better simple solutions. That being said, even a car that derives its energy from coal power plants would be far more clean. excluding coal power in china. like i said in the first place, for me, this makes me think of one step in the right direction and makes me think of a greener cleaner future.

The combination of harvesting whole forests and burning long-sequestered carbon sources such as coal or oil has impaired the Earth’s carbon cycle at an increasing pace. A thinking person should ask, “How did the Leaf owner travel the unaccounted miles, the ones that were not e-miles?” But the real story is yet to be told.

Experts predict that by the year 2060 global warming, if left unchecked, could result in a temperature rise of seven degrees Fahrenheit higher than temperatures before the Industrial Revolution when man started widespread use of coal and other fossil fuels. The Chinese can promise to do this because they’re modernizing their economy.
