The Nissan Energy Saving Collaboration (NESCO) conducts annual surveys (starting 2003 in Japan and 2013 in Europe, Mexico and China) to measure energy loss at Nissan plants in order to develop ongoing new energy-saving countermeasures. In all, the use of clean energies accounted for 68% of the production at the Aguascalientes A1 Plant.

Sure, an electric car would be nice, but that would have been last Sunday, when the nearly 80 electric vehicles in a “CO2 Race&# combed the streets of Copenhagen. But how enforceable would these agreements be anyway when a political party in China or the US for that matter, refused to go along back home? They were long gone.

Kulongoski, Oregon as the electric-car manufacturer may be eyeing the “green” city of Portland. It is aggressively in talks with Portland General Electric Plug-In Charging Stations , ( POR ) and other states including Michigan, and California that are scrambling to offer incentives. We have oil!
