After visiting with Nogales International newspaper staff, Reporter Denise Holley, EVJerr and the "Spirit" headed over to Nogales High School in order to link up with Automotive Instructor, Ruben Verdugo and his Class. A plug and a pack can make a car a 101 MPG vehicle aided by electricity. ! Wheels, Guys!
