Notes: SUVs are not defined, but presumably this category includes crossovers. With caps on vans, SUVs and pickups at $80,000 the proposed revisions fundamentally fails these two goals. This encourages automakers to continue focusing on these lower-volume, higher-cost luxury and performance vehicles.
