It’s a major reboot of a controversial name that retains a following 10 years after its demise.

Duh, heres our $40K volt, buy it please? They are either glorified golf cart city cars like this one or they are only for the very wealthy like the Tesla. Lutz, who retired earlier this year, called the car Detroits "moon shot" and an attempt to wrest the mantle of innovation back from the Japanese.
