They have 4 models of electric scooters and also plan to launch some motorcycles. They have a global exclusivity arrangement with their Chinese suppliers for their model moulds. Can these things add up to make a car that people want to buy? It seems like it still may be cheaper to just buy a well used Lotus Elise and modify it yourself. I also think it will be cheap, which is why I think someone will buy the group. Small size. New technology. An (expected) high price tag. A troubled company.

Weve kept the summary table below generally up-to-date for passenger PHEVs, but not for BEVs, motorcycles or larger vehicles like buses and trucks. People wont buy a full car. They will buy a car and rent or lease the battery and the cost of leasing the battery will be the same as, or less than, the cost theyre paying today for petrol.
