Two of the three involved properties are presently approved for auto sales in the C1-Auto district; this use is allowed in the Commercial 2 district as well. The former Hannaford property has been vacant for four years.

Last week, news hit that Volkswagen, Renault, and Stellantis were weighing possibly joining together to make cheaper electric vehicles – fearing it’s their only option. I have production capacity.
