Consumer Reports: Tesla and other domestic brands take big steps backwards in reliability rankings

Buick, Chevrolet, Chrysler, and Tesla are among the brands that tumbled in Consumer Reports’ (CR) latest Annual Auto Reliability Survey, which collected data from its members about their experiences with more than half a million vehicles. While the Chrysler 300 improves to “Average,” the Pacifica minivan falls to “Below-Average.”
