Think of driving any vehicle in the hot Los Angeles summer time. A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. Notice in [link] that GM carefully avoids claiming to reduce CO2 by shifting to the grid, but leads people off the track by focusing on smog related issues.
