As one of the first legacy automakers to commit to an all-electric future , Volvo is seeing the results. Volvo EX30 (Source: Volvo) Volvo also began production of its first electric minivan, the EM90, for China. However, the EX60 is expected to feature a smaller, lighter battery with improved energy density.

This appeases the purists who can’t imagine a Harley that’s quiet and scent-free while letting H-D move into the electrified future. But the battery-powered two-wheelers get separate showrooms, sales methodologies and marketing programs aimed at different target audience. Next up will be the ID.Buzz electric minivan.

Thankfully, since parts of the powertrain in the Circuit are also used in other Chrysler ENVI vehicles - like the all-electric USPS minivan that was unveiled earlier today - work that is done on one model can be applied to others.
