Y&C Power), has entered into a framework agreement with Baotou Bei Ben Heavy Duty Truck Co., Bei Ben), and Inner Mongolia First Machinery Group Co., Yiji Group), to form a new joint venture company to be located in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. The JV Company will have a registered capital of RMB 600 million (US$98 million).

A single batch of fuel was used to test all four locomotives, the same test equipment and personnel were used to measure power and fuel consumption rate, and tests were performed during similar ambient air temperature conditions. In addition, duplicate tests were performed at each of the power-producing notch positions for each locomotive.
